He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Williams and Inez Williams (Spencer); and his brother Clyde. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Jane Williams of Rogers; his children, Robin Randall of Mound City, Cheryl Waipa (Frank) of Derby, Greg Williams (Kimber) of Langley, AFB and Jeff Williams (Joy) of Canton, Georgia; and his sister Georgia Goff of Girard. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren.
