He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John E. Brasseaux Sr. and Ezola Simar; his wife Laura Brasseaux of Rogers, AR; his sister Patsy Bourgeois (Charles) of Opelousas, LA; and his children, Melissa Jonas (George) of Tulsa, OK, Michelle Fultz (Shawn) of Rogers, AR, John M. Brasseaux (Brandy) of Ozark, AR and Michael Brasseaux (Shannon) of Ozark, AR. He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren.
