He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter and Geneva Dolphena Ginn (Whatley); his daughter Sheila Kay Ginn; and his siblings, James Ginn and Wanda Root.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ginn (Wood); his children, Tammy Goodwin (Jon) and Rob Ginn (Eva); his grandchildren, Justin Goodwin (Lauren), Jenni Owen (Aaron) and Lyra Ginn; his great grandchildren, Knox Goodwin, Silas Goodwin, Case Goodwin, Brooks Owen, Elliot Owen and Theo Owen; and his siblings, Vera Howard, Jack Ginn, Ruby Watkins and Mary Lea Ginn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
