He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Sisemore (Bayerl); his daughter Kelley Van Hoose (J. Max) of Springdale, AR; his stepsons, Eric Bayerl of Bentonville, AR and Scott Bayerl (Courtney) of Rogers, AR.; and his siblings, Windell Sisemore of Springdale, Eva Levik of Rogers, AR, Kathy Lewis of Fayetteville, AR and Jack Sisemore (LaRhonda) of Mulberry, AR..
