She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny Ervin Cummins and Lura Kathryn Cummins (Self); and her husband Ray Gene Cossey. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Lindsey (Gerald) of North Carolina and Tina Smith of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Samuel, Liam, Delaney and Madison; and her siblings, Rhonda Cosssey of Rogers, Grant Cummins (Beth) of Rogers and J. D. Cummins of Rogers. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Benton County Funeral Home (306 N 4th St, Rogers, AR 72756). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
