He was predeceased by : his parents, Jose Flores and Consuelo Flores. He is survived by : his wife Gillermina Castillo-Flores; and his children, Jacqueline Flores, Jennifer Flores, Ilda Yolanda Flores, Monica Flores, Cristina Flores, Alicia Flores, Rolando Flores, Jose Guadalupe Flores, Cesar Felipe Flores and Luis Alejando Flores. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
