He is survived by: his wife Diana Duty; his children, Bobby Joe of Cassville, Michael Duty (Ellen) of Garfield, Patrick (Daisy) of Gateway, Erin Atwater (Ty) of Rogers, Megan Tyler (Billy) of Rogers, Ryan Duty of Rogers and Shelyn Duty (Erick) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Joey, Jonathan, Cady, Joseph, Libi, Travis, Zade and Jace; and his siblings, Betty Barnes, Clara Smith, Pearl Landauer, Betty McMahan, Judy Teehee, Anita Allen, Lena Pool, Wayne Andrews, Larry Andrews, Ricky Andrews and Edward Andrews.
