Joye R. Kelley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joye R. Kelley (Rogers, Arkansas), born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, who passed away on July 23, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Rouse and Helen Mabry Rouse; and her brother Dale Rouse. She is survived by: her husband Eugene T. Kelley; her children, Jodie (Douglas Miller), Glenn Kelley (Katie), Ashley (Tomek Siwiec), Heather (Rick Ellington) and Shelby Kelley; and her grandchildren, Caroline Kelley, Andrew Kelley, Adam Siwiec, Alexandra Siwiec and Elizabeth Siwiec. She is also survived by extended family included loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, sisters- and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces and nephews.
