It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathey Ann Rhoads of Rogers, Arkansas, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Billy R. Starnes and Stella Flanagan Starnes; her grandparents, William Ross, Gladys Starnes, Paul and Eva Flanagan; her brother Jon Michael Starnes; and her nephew Samuel Oryn Dean Starnes.
She is survived by: her husband George R. Rhoads; her son Eric Wayne Gifford of Lowell; her grandsons, Krew Wayne Gifford and Tanner Lane Gifford of Huntsville; her stepdaughters, Sarah Reid (Matt) of Buckhannon and Rachel Carpenter (Malcolm) of Rogers; her sister Janet Coffman (Ed) of Broken Arrow; her nieces, Amanda Webster (Matt) of Lowell and Ashton Cornelison (Joe) of Huntsville; her great-nephew Braxton; and her uncles, Bob Flanagan and Bob Starnes (Melba).
