He is survived by : his mother Judy Allred; his wife Paula; his sons, Josh and Nathan; his daughter-in-law Alexandra; his stepfather David; his grandchildren, Olivia, Liam, Jordan and Beau; and his siblings, Sherrie, Terry, Wendy and Dayna.
