He is survived by: his wife Janetta DeSoto Foster; his children, Jason Foster, Staci Lamb (David) and Kara Watkins (Joe); his grandchildren, Audree Beavers, Jamison Watkins, Amira, Jaylon and Jayceon Foster; his sisters, Mary Bradshaw and Sandra Kimball (Bobby); and his close friends, Terri, Tim Mills, Mona Wolf Cogdale and Robert Neal Hartsfield. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
