She was predeceased by: her parents, Lock Locklear and Christine Revels; and her son Michael Smoot. She is survived by: her husband Mack Winningham; her children, Todd Smoot of Blanchard, Oklahoma and Jessica Smoot Lee of Mustang, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Sandy Cunningham, Kay Munder (John), Tony Locklear (Forrest) and Chris Locklear (Ruth). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
