He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Burrell and Loretta Burrell (Mills); and his brothers, Harold and DeWayne Burrell. He is survived by: his children, Howard Burrell (Dorinda), Randy Burrell and Debbie Campbell; and his sister Delores Miller of Texas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 43 great-grandchildren.
