She was predeceased by: her parents, Cloa Alice Harbour (Shelton) and James Elmer Harbour. She is survived by: her husband William Edward Pennebaker of Rogers; her children, Beverly Chardell Clites (Ron) of Wichita, Kansas, Kim Ellen Cochran (Jeff) of Omaha, Nebraska, Melody Ann Wright (Danny) of Bentonville, Arkansas and Edward Eugene Pennebaker (Carol Corning) of Clinton, Arkansas.; and her brother James Larry Harbour. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, numerous great grand children, and nieces and nephews.
