She is survived by: her children, Dru Sorey (Steve) of New Market, Ala., James Koons (Jeanette) of Fayetteville, Marjorie Cunninham (Scott) of Denver and Colo (Christina Everett); and her former husband Jim Koons (Billie Kay) of Blanchard, Okla.. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
