He was predeceased by: his parent Harve Blakeley; his former wife Maria Rose Blakeley; his son Jeremy Blakeley; and the parent of his child Harve Blakeley. He is survived by: his wife Leslie Boyd; his children, Kendall Simpson of Pea Ridge, Gwen Jordan of Decatur, Deanna Hudson of Rogers, Melissa Tilson of Gravette and Kristi Evans; his mother Terry Chapell of Rogers, Arkansas; and his brothers, Woodie Blakeley of Rogers and Michael Blakeley of Little Flock, Arkansas.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
