He was predeceased by: his parents, Eben Samuelson and Mabel Brown; his wife Rubye; and his daughter Melanie. He is survived by: his daughters, Valorie Cameron and Vonna Ault; his stepchildren, John Scott Samuelson, Jennifer Stallbaumer and Phil Rittgers; and his friend Stella Myers.
