She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Holliday and Rosa Holliday (Hubbard); her husband James Wesley Hairston; her brothers, J. D., Leroy, Don and Henry Holliday; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Loper, Connie, Patsy, Dixie and Gracie Holliday.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Hairston and Linda Morrow; her grandchildren, Christy Callaway (Chris), Stephanie Lester (Mike), Malisa Morrow (Robert), Bridget Helmick and Jesse Sauerbry (Erin); her great grandchildren, Caylee, McKenzie, Maggie, Amanda, Heather, Josh, Reece and Ashley; her siblings, Iva Loper, Sue Rhodes (Larry) and James Holliday; and her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Holliday and Shirley Holliday. She is also survived by 6 great-great grandchildren.
