Ouida Raye Mills Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ouida Raye Mills of Rogers, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 12, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus I. Massey and Lucy Nichols Massey; her husband Richard B. "Dick" Mills; and her siblings, Bill Massey and Natalie Ernest.

She is survived by: her sister Sadra Hill of Blackstone; her daughters, Sharon Mills of Rogers, Dixie Mills of Fayetteville, Tina Genereau of Kingsport and Amy Ley (Joe) of Kingsport; her grandchildren, Amy Ley (Joe), Mindy Jo Shaw, Tara Williams (Russ), Dallas Cox, Christina Yockey (Jacob) and Constance Genereau (Markadoodle); her great grandchildren, Traeton Taylor (Jenni), Deion Handy, Amaya Taylor, Aden Handy, Olivia Adams, Mallory Handy, Parker Yockey, Hayden Hise, McKinley Cox, Karsyn Cox, Karis Ley and Gray Yockey; and her great great grandchild Travian Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
