He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thomas Allen, Sr. and Mildred Inez Allen (Ledford); his son Bobby Wayne Allen; and his siblings, Ruby Easter, Johnny Ray Allen, Eula Hill, Kenneth Allen Sr., Mary Sue Williams, Ronnie Allen, Arvin Allen and Ethel Denham.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Allen; his children, Karla Allen, Tammy Allen, Cassie Hill (Herb), Christopher Allen (Laurie) and Timothy Allen; his siblings, Ann Allen, Charles (Theresa) and Stanley Allen (Doris); his mother-in-law Elva Mae Doling; his sisters-in-law, Patsy Allen and Kathy Phillips; and his grandchildren, Zoey Sherland, Oakley Hill, Jade Turner, Helen Hill, James Turner, Sophia Turner, Mack Allen and Amos Allen. He is also survived by numerous other family members, friends, and brothers/sisters.
