It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Anderson of Rogers, Arkansas, born in Clarence, Iowa, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Alfred Anderson and Myrtle Irene Hovey Anderson; and his siblings, Ruth Bender, Lowell Anderson, Lois McDonald, Ernest Anderson and Walter Anderson.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Lynne Thompson; his children, DeWain Anderson (April) of Joplin, Raychelle Roughton (Brian) of Pineville, Janell Thorne (Dale) of Blanchard and Crystal Roughton (Tony) of Pineville, Missouri; his sister Naomi Pendagraft of Lenexa, Kansas; and his grandchildren, LaTicia, Amanda, Brandon, Kristin, Alisha, Amber, Aaron, Nathan, Stephen, Tori, Breanna, Brittany and Courtney. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
