He is survived by: his wife Tena Andrews of Rogers; his parent Joyce Thompson of Rogers; his daughter Ashleigh Carlson (Blaine) of California; his stepchildren, Ted Morter of Rogers, Nicole Counts of Bella Vista and Bobby Andrews of Farmington; his grandchildren, Max, Milo Morter and Owen Andrews; and his sister Tanya Cooper.
