He is survived by: his wife Paula Pettus of Rogers; his daughters, Kristin Seals of Fayetteville, Brittany Berryman of Farmington and Shawna Pettus of Nottingham, England; his grandchildren, Jackson Leichner, Chloe Abraham, Emma and Macie Breen; and his brother Edward Pettus (Roxanne) of Glen Ellyn, Illinois..
