He is survived by: his wife Linda Fay Otto; his sons, Richard Edward Otto and Kevin Mark Otto; his grandchildren, Brandon, Ashley, Dylan, Christopher and Alexander; his great grandchildren, Matthias, Anastasia and Michael; and his sister Anita Taylor. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
