Sandra Bailey Obituary
We announce the death of Sandra Bailey of Rogers, Arkansas, who passed away on June 8, 2026, at the age of 72. Sandra will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carter and Dulcie Carter (Hood); her great grandchild Kohen Parrett; and her siblings, Gary Carter, Leroy Carter, Leta Carter and Pamela Carter.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Bailey; her children, Matthew Bailey and Shanna Feroni of Naples, Italy; and her siblings, Tom Carter, Jerry Carter, Don Carter, Ron Carter and Cora Wyatt. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Legion Post #100 and entrusted to Cremations Only LLC.
