She is survived by: her husband Orval David Green; her children, Lynn Walter Sykes (Stacey Joe Sykes) and Kimberly Diane Turpin; her grandchildren, Chris Len Sykes and Joshua Lloyd Turpin; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Ryan Sykes and Merrit Elizabeth Sykes.

In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Keep Sandra's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
