He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Pleiman (Mangan); his children, Nicholas, Lauren and Andrew; his father Jerome; and his sister Shelley. He is also survived by his 10 brothers and sisters-in-law; and his 15 nieces and nephews.
