She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Waller and Dorothy Waller. She is survived by: her husband William Platz (Bill); her children, Melissa Sample (Keith Sample) and David Platz (Marcella Platz); her grandchildren, Josh Sample, Zach Sample, Jared Sample (Jeb), Garrett Platz and Mya Platz; and her great grandchild Zada Sample.
