He is survived by: his wife Deanna Womack of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; his children, Amber Womack (Angel Vargas) of New Castle, Oklahoma and Ryan Womack (Lauren) of Eureka Springs, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Andrew Womack, Riley Womack, Mattox Miller, Elaina Womack and Leonidas Womack; his brother Jimmy Don McCord of Conway Arkansas; and his stepmother Marsha Womack of Noble, Oklahoma.
