He is survived by: his wife Laurel Phillips of Rogers; his sister Dorothy Jensen of Cincinnati, Ohio; his sister-in-law Cathy Phillips of Desoto, Iowa; his children, David Phillips of Bella Vista, Aaron Phillips (Ashley) of Bella Vista, Darren Dawson (Lisa) of Rogers, Becky Linn of Pineville, Janie Polachek of Westminster and Stacy Mays (Terry) of Rogers; his grandchildren, Emily Cantrell, Jayme Smith (Steve), Katie Dennis (Mike), Jay Polachek (Rachel), Ashley Linn, Espen Mays, Maggie Sjogren (Zachary), Mason Phillips, Oliver Dawson, Dalton Phillips, Jaiden Dawson, Conner Phillips, Morgan Phillips and Kaylie Dawson; and his great grandchildren, Bailor Cantrell, Ashton Smith, Isaak Smith and Peyton Polachek.
