He was predeceased by : his children, Thomas Cochran (Benny), Charles Moody and Mary Hamilton; his granddaughter Destiny Hamilton; his siblings, Charles, Edith and Dolores; and his parents, William Cochran and Rose Cochran (Spurgeon).

He is survived by : his wife Lottie Mae Cecil; and his children, Brenda Talburt (John) of Pea Ridge, AR and Bobby Cochran (Gloria) of Garfield, AR. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren, as well as numerous relatives and friends.
