He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Lane and Ruth Humphrey Lane; his wife Joyce Ann Quesenberry Lane; and his siblings, Patrick, Gary, Tom, Butch, Mark, Christian and Susan.

He is survived by : his children, Joshua, Jason, Kyle, Coral, Ruth, Timothy Jr. and Alexandria; and his caboose Tina Marie.
