With sadness, we share the passing of Toni Denise Lough of Rogers, Arkansas. Toni, born on December 23, 1963, passed away on July 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Lough and Betty Lough (Garrett); her brother Max E Lough II; and her grandparents, Hood, Ruby Lough (Truitt), Earl and Edith Garrett (Creech).

She is survived by: her daughters, Steph Lough of Washington, DC and Jacqui Sammarco Secrist (Matt); her grandchild Ainsley Secrist of Joplin, Missouri; her sister Terri Lough Harkins of Rapid City; her niece Samantha Harkins Kummer (Nick); her great-nieces, Freya and Fiona Kummer of Rapid City; her nephew Chase Lough of Rogers, Arkansas; and her aunts, Sharon Garrett Latta (Wayne) of Mustang and Janeece Lough Cate Smith of Cody, Wyoming.

Memorials may be made to any animal shelter or humane society or to anything providing care for horses.
