He is survived by: his wife Willa "Taylor" Hayworth; his children, Patti Lee Hoofard and Ray Hayworth; his granddaughter Marina Careeve Hoofard (Jose Conizales); his great grandchild Lily Conizales; and his close friend Dutchess. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
