He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Noblin and Hazel Barnes Noblin; and his siblings, Shirley Wallace, Charles Ed, Larry and Mike Noblin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gaffney Noblin; his children, Tony Noblin (Beth) and Heather Barton (Ron); and his grandchildren, Mason, Madeline, Jacob and Mollie.
