We are sad to announce that, on March 20, 2026, at the age of 85, Walter Andrew Hurst of Roland, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Hurst; his daughter Alicia; his grandson Ryan; and his parents, Ted Hurst and Gladys Hurst (Riley).
He is survived by: his children, Andy Hurst, Mesheal (Eddie Swan), Beth (Kirk Renfro), Jeff (Dolores Hurst), Kevin Hurst (Tracy) and Johnny (Michelle Hurst); his sisters-in-law, Pat Hurst of Little Rock and Nola Workmen of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee; and his pet Ladybug. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
