He was predeceased by : his wife Mary Helen "Davis" Payne of Roland, Arkansas.. He is survived by : his sons, Tony Payne of Hot Springs and Allen Payne of Colorado Springs, Colorado.; and his grandchildren, Cindy Horton Payne of Little Rock, Christy Payne, Christopher Payne of Hot Springs, Joshua Payne of Tampa, Jared Payne of Las Vegas and Justin Payne of Pueblo.
