Albert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Albert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Darden and Faye Darden; his sons, Steve and Eddie Darden; and his granddaughter Stephanie Moon.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Darden; his son Jason Darden of Beebe; his sister Carolyn Darden of El Paso; and his stepdaughter Sandra Vaughn of Heber Springs. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and many close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home (404 W Dewitt Henry Dr, Beebe, AR 72012). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at the Antioch Cemetery (2060 AR-31, Beebe, AR 72012).
