He was predeceased by: his father Donald Lee Rouse; and his son Fletcher Rouse. He is survived by: his children, Alex Holland (Tara) and Andrea Greer (Kyle); his grandchildren, Deniece, James, Easton, Gracie, Hope, Faith, Kyle Jr. and Everly; his sisters, Rhonda Maxwell (Tirl) and Crystal Moses; Deborah Pearl Rouse. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
