He was predeceased by: his father Andrew Jackson Plumley (Lori Brantley Plumley); his grandparents, Omar and Lillian Kellebrew; and his daughter Amy Plumley. He is survived by: his mother Edith Laverne Kellebrew; his daughter Rachael Cagle; his grandchildren, Sklar, Isabella and Brooke Rogers; and his sisters, Pamela Spiczak, Sharon Tidwell, Deborah Henson and Melba Ostrander. He is also survived by nieces and nephews whom he loved; lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.
