We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2020, at the age of 58, Leatha Jean Bullard of Romance, Arkansas, born in Little Rock, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Ranzy and Dorthie Estelle Moore (Weatherly); her siblings, Maurice Moore, Wayne Moore and Brenda Strickland; and her nephews, Skeeter Straschinske and Brian Wood.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald Bullard; her children, Stephanie Roberson (Cory), Colby Lucas (Josh Kellebrew), Tiffany Bettie and Wesley Bullard; her grandchildren, Landon Roberson, Linlee Roberson, Lohgan Kellebrew, Lawson Kellebrew, Luke Bullard and Evelyn Bettie; and her siblings, Linda Van, Jan Payne, Donna Wilson (David) and William "Bimbo" Moore. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Please be aware, as per Arkansas directives, attendance will be regulated in accordance to Arkansas guidelines, all guests in attendance will be required wear masks/facial coverings and social distancing guidelines will be in place.

“May God wrapped his loving arms around Leatha’s family at this time and forever. Leatha was a loving soul to us ( My sisters, Samantha, Tammy and my Brother Buddy ) . She was a wonderful aunt to us right off as she even babysat us. She taught me how to put make up on and always loved us. My Mother Shirley always thought the world of Leatha.
