She is survived by : her husband Jon Adams of Royal Arkansas; her son Dave Hays (Sherry); her daughter-in-law Susan Hays; her children, Suzanne Hays Massa and Gary Hays; the father of her children William David Hays; and her caregiver Nicole Dawson.

Memorials in her memory may be made to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
