He was predeceased by : his father Brian Keith Smalley; and his grandparents, Paris Scoggins Jr. Rosemary Scoggins, Ruth, Milton Hugle, Naza Collins, Manuel and Olivia Johnson.
He is survived by : his mother Regina Scoggins-Smalley (Earl); his father-in-law Earl Hugle; his siblings, Martecia Smalley and Cary Outlaw (Indiana); his nieces and nephews, Joy, Erica Sisemore and Addison Vanderkolk (Rockford Ill); his sons, Treston Brown and Ja'Torian Smalley; his nephew Da'Drion Urrutia; and his close friend Jodie. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, relatives, and friends.
