She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Mayhew and Katharine Mayhew (Linde); her son Gene Howard; her siblings, Robert, Tommy, Ronnie Mayhew and Mary Kilgore; and her grandson Johnathan Petty.
She is survived by: her husband Troy Howard of Rudy; her daughters, Regina Gregory of Van Buren and Irene Petty (Ken) of Cedarville; her siblings, Stella Bennett, Roy Mayhew of Van Buren, Frankie Mayhew of Mulberry and Danny Mayhew of Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Dustin Petty, Joshua Petty, Kyle Petty, Shea Gregory and Katharine Reed. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
