She is survived by: her mother Ruby Farnam (Wootten) of New Blaine, Arkansas.; her siblings, Kathy Childress of Houston, Arkansas and Michael Farnam (Tammy) of Perryville, Arkansas; and her children, Rebecca Shafer (Trey) of Russellville, Arkansas and Joshua Andrews (Ashlei) of Hot Springs, Arkansas.. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
