He is survived by: his wife Louise Carter; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Kelly Carter; his brother Dale; his sister-in-law Judy Carter; his grandchildren, Madelyn Carter, Merritt Loudon, Cameron Patterson, Olivia Patterson and Fischer Talbert; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
