Cecil leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Cecil’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Cecil will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Pratt and Jewell Pratt. He is survived by: his children, Mark (Marsha) and Cheryl (Bob Franklin). He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, where a memorial service will be held at a later date.
