He is survived by: his siblings, Phil (Janet), Francis "Bud" Proctor and Katie Proctor; his daughter Angela Proctor (Jonathan Yarbery); his stepson Jeremie; his grandchildren, Austin Pollard (Heather), Malorie Hudson, Dillan Duvall, Alisa Long, Jacob Duvall, Makayla McCoy and Christopher Carroll; his great grandchild Bradley; and his close friends, Kevin, Robbie, Jimmy-Jo and Travis. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
