She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Powell and Esther Powell; her husband Julius Smith; her son Larone Smith; and her siblings, Horace Powell, Doyle Powell and Helen Gunter.
She is survived by: her son Danny Smith (Ginger) of Russellville; her daughter-in-law Patricia Smith of Fayetteville; and her grandchildren, Michael Smith (Leigh) of Fayetteville, Brian Smith of Sherwood, Jason Smith (Jennifer) of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Kimberly Fuhrman (Chad) of Fayetteville. She is also survived by four great grandsons and three great granddaughters.
