He is survived by: his wife Cindy Collins; his children, Justin Collins of Russellville and Shanna Martray (Bryan) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jayden, Josiah and Molly Jo; his siblings, Jay Collins (Susan), Larry Collins (Vera), Sherrie Hartzell (Lloyd) and Angela Collins; his father-in-law Delbert Carney; his sisters-in-law, Laura Clark (Randy) and Sherri Collins; his friends, Kurt and Shelia Loyd; and his pet Dutchess.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Russellville Family Funeral (2757 E Parkway Dr, Russellville, AR 72802).
